// mobile apps

Mobile apps with the price in writing before we start.

We build one app for iOS and Android from a shared codebase. The scope, price and timeline are in writing before we start, and you pay in stages.

the problems

Does this sound familiar?

  1. The price is “it depends”

You ask what an app costs and get either “it depends” or a single figure with no list of what it covers.

  2. Two apps, twice the work

A separate app for iOS and another for Android means every change is made, and paid for, twice.

  3. The app grows before it ships

Every meeting adds another screen, yet there’s still no version you can try on your own phone.

  4. Most of the money goes up front

You pay the bulk in advance and only find out at the end if it’s what you asked for.

about the service

Have you built mobile apps before?

Yes, as a subcontractor for another company. That’s why there’s no mobile app in our portfolio to show you, and we say so up front.

If you already have a website or platform, the app can use the same data, such as your catalogue or orders. Whether that works with your system is something we check while we pin down the scope.

what is included

What you get

one app for iOS and Android from a shared codebase, so each change is made once

as needed: push notifications, offline use, card payments and user accounts with sign-in

a first version with only what you need, with the rest left for a later stage

free fixes for technical faults for 30 days after launch

once it’s paid in full, the right to use and change the app and move it to another developer

maintenance after launch only if you want it

process

How the work goes

  1. 01 A conversation

You tell us what the app should do and who will use it. We keep asking until it’s clear what belongs in the first version.

  2. 02 The quote

You get the scope, price, timeline and payment stages in writing. We start once you confirm by email and make the first payment.

  3. 03 Development in stages

After each stage we show you the work and you have 5 working days to give feedback. Each payment covers its own stage and comes with an invoice.

  4. 04 Launch and after

We release the first version. Any new request after that gets its own quote before we start work on it.

Indicative price and timeline

indicative price, delivery timeline

By quote

We don’t publish a starting price for apps. We give you one after we’ve talked through the scope, and it goes into the quote with the timeline before we start. Prices exclude VAT.
