When a custom system makes sense

That is why we start with an analysis of the process, not with code. We describe who does what, where time is lost and what is genuinely worth automating. Only then does the scope emerge – and with it a fixed quote and a stage-by-stage schedule.

The scope is defined after the analysis – platforms rarely look alike. The first working version usually takes 6–12 weeks, and payment is made in stages tied to accepted deliverables. Prices exclude VAT.
