An online shop that stays yours.

Catalogue, cart, payment and delivery on our own code, with no monthly rent to a platform. The domain is in your name, and once the work is paid for the code is yours.

the problems

Does this sound familiar?

  1. Customers give up at the cart

Too many steps, a missing payment method or an unclear shipping price – and the order is never completed.

  2. Products are entered by hand everywhere

Stock in one file, prices in another, photos in a third – and the shop shows something that is already sold out.

  3. Orders arrive in messages and by phone

The address is in one chat, the size in another, and now and then an order goes unanswered.

  4. The shop is rented

You pay a platform every month, and it sets the prices and the rules. Stop paying and the shop stops, and your products and orders have to be moved out.

about the service

What a shop on our own code means

A shop is a catalogue plus a process. The catalogue is the products with their categories, variants, photos and stock. The process is the path from the product page to a confirmed order – cart, delivery details, payment method and a confirmation email.

That is why, before writing any code, we ask how many products you have, whether there are size and colour variants, how you take money and which courier you work with. The answers tell us exactly what the shop will cost.

what is included

What the website includes

a catalogue with categories, filters and search

product pages with variants, stock levels and a gallery

a cart and checkout with a minimum of steps

card payments and cash on delivery

courier delivery to an office or an address

an admin panel for products, prices, promotions and orders

the admin panel

A panel you run the shop from

The shop is handed over with a panel: you add products, change prices and follow orders from there. The panel is ours, written in PHP and MySQL, so there is no monthly fee to someone else’s platform and no plugins to keep updating.

At handover you get the logins and a short walkthrough: where to add a product, how to start a promotion and where to find an order. If you’d rather not deal with it, we make the changes for you on the Care Plus maintenance plan.

Screens from our admin panel, with demo data.

How the work goes

  1. 01 The scope of the shop

We write down how many products there will be, with which variants and which payment methods. That gives the price and the timeline, which you get in writing before we start.

  2. 02 Catalogue and structure

We arrange the categories and product fields so items are quick to enter and easy to find.

  3. 03 Designing the path to the order

Product page, cart and payment – that is where orders are won or lost, so we build them first.

  4. 04 Development and integrations

We connect the payments and run test orders with real data before the shop goes public.

  5. 05 Launch and training

We put the shop live, walk you through the admin panel and stay available for the first real orders.

Indicative price and timeline

indicative price

€1,800 – €4,000

delivery timeline

13–20 working days

This is the Catalog Website package: catalogue, cart, payments and delivery. A small shop with a handful of products and one payment method costs less. A shop with its own logic, such as a link to warehouse software, subscriptions or non-standard integrations, is a custom platform from €4,500. Prices exclude VAT.
